Welcome to Jiri Jablonsky
Along with the start of the second funding period of SCyCode from 1st of December on, we welcome Dr. Jiri Jablonsky from the University of South Bohemia, Institute of Complex Systems, as Mercator Fellow in the SCyCode consortium. Jiri is the leading expert in multi-omics data integration into mathematical models and will be an indispensable member of our consortium. Focused on the metabolic regulation, accumulating omics-datasets from all SCyCode labs will be used to investigate the “Autotrophy-Heterotrophy Switch in Cyanobacteria” on a multi-omics level.
As Jiri is succeeding Conrad Mullineaux as Mercator Fellow, we are at the same time happy that Conrad will also be associated with SCyCode in the future.
